We partner directly with decision makers at leading contractors and developers, delivering both permanent and contract staffing solutions. Our U.S. business is scaling quickly, and we are focused on building a team that wants to grow with it and play a meaningful role in shaping its success.
The RoleThis is a full 360 recruitment role responsible for both business development and candidate delivery.
You will generate new client partnerships, win and negotiate staffing agreements, and manage recruitment processes across permanent and contract placements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a growth environment and wants ownership of both revenue generation and execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development:
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities across Construction, Engineering, and Renewable Energy
- Conduct market research, cold outreach, networking, and in-person client meetings
- Meet with executives, senior leadership, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs
- Negotiate fee structures, contracts, and rate agreements
- Develop and grow long-term client partnerships
Recruitment and Delivery:
- Qualify open positions and develop sourcing strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for permanent and contract roles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement
- Coordinate offer negotiations and support pre-employment processes when required
- Maintain accurate CRM and ATS records
Account Management:
- Maintain ongoing client relationships and ensure consistent delivery
- Identify additional hiring opportunities within existing accounts
- Provide consultative market insight and hiring recommendations
- Proven experience in recruitment, business development, or 360 staffing within Construction, Engineering, or Renewable Energy
- Experience selling and delivering permanent and or contract staffing solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently
- Self motivated, target driven, and comfortable building a market
