Overview
Title/Role:
- Process Improvement Manager 3
Location :
Austin, Texas 78753
Durations: 12 Months
Responsibilities- Translate optimized processes into functional and non-functional specifications for a new modular or low-code technology solution.
- Work with product teams to ensure process requirements are reflected in the design and architecture of new tools.
- Conduct an end-to-end review of selected business processes across designated departments or functional areas.
- Engage stakeholders to gather insights on process pain points, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Document "As-Is" workflows and analyze them using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Design optimized "To-Be" workflows and transition plans.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve process efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance functionality.
- Establish metrics to track improvements and ROI.
- Facilitate working sessions, process mapping workshops, and training as needed.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to align process improvement plans with system capabilities.
- Support the development of implementation roadmaps and change management strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8 Years Required Process engineering, operations optimization, or business process improvement
- 5 Years Required Evaluating current state processes and optimizing processes
- 1 year Required Specifying software system requirements to design improved solutions
- 1 year Required Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- 1 year Required Proven track record of leading process transformation initiatives in large organizations
- 1year Required Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio etc.)
- 1 year Required Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- 1 year Required Experience with operational metrics, workflow optimization, and cross-functional team collaboration
- 1 year Preferred Experience in regulated or government environments
- 1 year Preferred Familiarity with process automation or low-code tools
