• Translate optimized processes into functional and non-functional specifications for a new modular or low-code technology solution.
• Work with product teams to ensure process requirements are reflected in the design and architecture of new tools.
• Conduct an end-to-end review of selected business processes across designated departments or functional areas.
• Engage stakeholders to gather insights on process pain points, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Document "As-Is" workflows and analyze them using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Design optimized "To-Be" workflows and transition plans.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve process efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance functionality.
• Establish metrics to track improvements and ROI.
• Facilitate working sessions, process mapping workshops, and training as needed.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to align process improvement plans with system capabilities.
• Support the development of implementation roadmaps and change management strategies.

• 8 Years Required Process engineering, operations optimization, or business process improvement
• 5 Years Required Evaluating current state processes and optimizing processes
• 1 year Required Specifying software system requirements to design improved solutions
• 1 year Required Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• 1 year Required Proven track record of leading process transformation initiatives in large organizations
• 1year Required Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio etc.)
• 1 year Required Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• 1 year Required Experience with operational metrics, workflow optimization, and cross-functional team collaboration
• 1 year Preferred Experience in regulated or government environments
• 1 year Preferred Familiarity with process automation or low-code tools
