Many of our agency relationships date back to our earliest years and remain active today. We operate with a disciplined, performance-driven culture where accountability is real and high-impact leaders have meaningful ownership.
The RoleWe are hiring a Head of Agency Partnerships to lead and scale one of the most important revenue channels in the business.
This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role. You will own the agency revenue number and represent the channel in executive revenue planning. The role reports directly to the C‑suite and carries full accountability for agency channel performance.
You will deepen relationships within our established agency network while expanding our footprint across key ecosystems, particularly Shopify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. You will lead a small partnerships team while remaining actively engaged in strategic agency relationships and market‑facing initiatives.
This is not a support function. Agency is a distinct GTM pillar at Shipper
HQ, and this role is responsible for its continued growth and evolution.
- Own and execute the agency partnership strategy aligned to company revenue goals
- Own the agency revenue number and forecast channel performance
- Drive growth through indirect and channel sales motions
- Represent the agency channel in executive GTM and revenue planning discussions
- Deepen and expand relationships with high‑impact, long‑standing agency partners
- Recruit and activate new strategic agency partners, particularly within Shopify and SFCC ecosystems
- Drive partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced revenue growth through joint GTM initiatives
- Lead and mentor a small partnerships team while remaining hands‑on in key relationships
- Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial partnership agreements
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align partner initiatives with company strategy
- Represent Shipper
HQ within the broader agency and platform ecosystems
- Strengthen executive‑level relationships with top agency partners
- Increase partner engagement and joint pipeline activity
- Establish clear visibility and forecasting discipline for agency channel revenue
- Activate new strategic partners within Shopify and SFCC ecosystems
- Drive measurable growth in partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced revenue
- Expand Shipper
HQ’s footprint and reputation within priority agency communities - Build scalable partner enablement and co‑marketing programs
- Elevate agency partnerships as a competitive advantage within our GTM strategy
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS partnerships, channel sales, or alliances
- Deep experience within the e‑commerce ecosystem, particularly Shopify and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Existing relationships within agency networks strongly preferred
- Proven track record of driving measurable revenue through partner channels
- Experience building and executing GTM strategies for partnerships
- Strong executive communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable leading a small team while remaining actively involved in strategic accounts
- Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical solution selling
- Strong analytical and operational rigor; able to independently gather, structure, and interpret channel performance data using modern tools and automation
You should be commercially driven, externally credible, and motivated by owning a material revenue channel within a disciplined, growth‑focused organization.
