About the RoleWe’re looking for a Ecommerce Revenue Operations Manager to own the execution of our online revenue systems. This role is for someone who knows how Shopify, promos, subscriptions, and loyalty actually work in the real world and isn’t afraid to touch the site, QA flows, and fix issues fast. You’ll work closely with ecommerce, paid media, lifecycle, and operations to make sure what we launch actually works.
Key Responsibilities- Build, launch, and QA promos (BOGO, bundles, limited offers)
- Own subscription setup, pricing, and promo compatibility
- Implement and maintain the loyalty program and reward logic
- Execute Shopify changes tied to revenue and conversion
- Coordinate launches with paid media and email/SMS teams
- Monitor performance and catch issues before they hit customers
- Maintain clean, reliable checkout and pricing logic
- 3–6 years' experience running Shopify stores with real revenue
- Hands‑on experience with subscriptions and loyalty programs
- Strong understanding of promos, discounts, and edge cases
- Comfortable making Shopify changes directly (themes, products, pricing)
- Detail‑oriented, execution‑focused, and calm under pressure
- Clear communicator who flags risks early
- Experience with high‑AOV or repeat‑purchase brands
- Familiarity with CRO and on‑site testing
- Experience working alongside paid media and lifecycle teams
- Clean promo launches with minimal issues
- Subscription and loyalty systems that increase repeat revenue
- Faster execution with fewer fires
- Fewer customer support issues tied to checkout or offers
