Our client, a leading organization in the technology and engineering sector, is seeking an Events Coordinator 3 to join their team. As an Events Coordinator 3, you will be part of the Site Operations Support team supporting engineering and research initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Events Coordinator 3
Location: Austin, TX
Pay Range:
Responsibilities- Support the Engineering Site Leader in maintaining a rhythm of the business that drives execution of core business priorities and encourages best practice sharing among engineering sites.
- Assist in planning and executing onsite and offsite events, managing community engagement, and handling the annual budget for the engineering organization in Austin.
- Partner with corporate communications and local teams to deliver internal and external communication strategies that reinforce organizational values and community presence.
- Collaborate with leaders, HR, and diversity & inclusion teams to foster a positive, inclusive, and innovative culture at the engineering sites.
- Support financial planning, budget tracking, and expense reconciliation activities for various programs and initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations management or related field.
- 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in operations management and event execution.
- Exceptional influence and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across a highly matrixed organization.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
