Company Overview

The U.S. is on track for 50% of all new vehicle sales in 2030 to be electric – but our power grid was not built to withstand this level of electricity demand, and charging remains a major challenge for drivers. With over 80% of EV charging occurring at home, Charge Scape was formed by some of the world’s largest automakers (BMW, Ford, Honda, and Nissan – with more joining soon) with the mission to enable everyone to access sustainable, affordable energy from a reliable power grid.

Charge Scape’s software platform serves as the connective tissue between EV drivers and power utilities, using cloud-based commands to schedule EV charging for the most grid-friendly, low-carbon hours - all while putting money back in drivers’ wallets. Backed by a well-capitalized joint venture, we are expanding our utility programs team to grow our vehicle-grid integration business and strengthen our partnerships.
