We are committed to providing efficient and innovative services to fleets and semi-truck dealerships across the United States. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team.
** Responsibilities:
**** Prospecting and Lead Generation:*
* • Identify and target fleets and semi-truck dealerships for potential business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
** Client Relationship Management:*
* • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within fleets and semi-truck dealerships.
• Understand clients’ needs and challenges to tailor solutions that align with their business goals.
** Sales Presentations and Negotiations:*
* • Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our asset disposition services and highlight their benefits.
• Negotiate terms and contracts to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership with clients.
** Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:*
* • Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless implementation of asset disposition services.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve service offerings based on client feedback and industry demands.
** Achieving Sales Targets:*
* • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Track and report on sales metrics, providing regular updates to the management team.
** Stay Informed on Industry Regulations:*
* • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to asset disposition in the transportation sector.

* • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the transportation industry.

* • Strong understanding of the transportation industry, especially fleets and semi-truck dealerships.
