About Inneo LabInneo Lab is a multi-hospital innovation collaborative that transforms clinical insight into meaningful industry innovation. We work at the intersection of clinicians, product development teams, and industry partners to shape opportunities, develop solutions, and help companies build products that are grounded in real clinical needs. Our work spans early concept shaping, product definition, development management, validation, and limited launch support.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a strategic product manager who will take ownership of the end-to-end product development lifecycle and product operations for multiple products in our portfolio. This person will help validate vague or early problem statements and ideas to turn them into clear product requirements, partner closely with engineering and design teams during development, and support validation and limited launches in partnership with clinicians and industry.
This is not a narrow product role. It is ideal for someone who wants hands-on responsibility and the chance to grow beyond the traditional boundaries of product management and enjoys straddling upstream innovation strategy, project management and downstream commercialization, working closely with clinicians, industry, and engineering.
Candidates may come from one of two strong backgrounds:
In both cases, we have a strong preference for individuals who have worked in early-stage startups, especially in roles requiring customer discovery or iterative product shaping, regardless of the outcome of the startup.
We value resourcefulness, creativity, and the ability to be a go-getter in an evolving environment. If you enjoy being scrappy and wearing multiple hats as needed to achieve organizational goals, you will thrive here.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Product Manager will own products across three stages of the lifecycle (discovery and assessment, development and execution, and validation through commercialization) partnering with clinicians, engineering, business development, and industry to identify opportunities, build strong business cases, deliver high-quality products, and support licensing or market transition.
