Stallion Capital Management is a private investment firm focused on real estate debt funds. We manage multiple legacy funds and are preparing to launch a new fund in the coming month. Our investors include individual accredited investors, RIAs, and family offices.

We are growing our fundraising team and looking for a motivated SDR who understands capital raising and investor outreach in private markets.
Role OverviewThe Sales Development Representative (SDR) will support capital raising efforts across and a newly launching fund. This role is focused on outbound investor outreach, qualification, and relationship development with accredited investors, RIAs, and family offices.
This is not a consumer SDR role. Experience raising capital or working in alternative investments is required.
- Source, contact, and qualify accredited investors, RIAs, and family offices
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, Linked In, and warm introductions
- Set meetings and support senior team members in advancing investor conversations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track investor pipeline activity
- Support fundraising efforts for both legacy funds and a new fund launch
- Help build and refine investor lists (accredited individuals, RIAs, family offices)
- Research and identify new sourcing channels and prospecting ideas
- Assist in improving outreach strategies and investor targeting
- Collaborate with leadership on sourcing strategy and prioritization
- Work with the marketing team to align outreach with campaigns, content, and messaging
- Provide feedback on investor responses to improve positioning and materials
- 2+ years of experience in capital raising, investor relations, private equity, private credit, real estate funds, or alternative investments
- Direct experience raising capital from accredited investors, RIAs, or family offices
- Strong phone presence and written communication skills
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and relationship-driven sales
- Organized, persistent, and detail-oriented
- Experience using CRM tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar preferred)
- You’re comfortable having intelligent conversations with high-net-worth individuals, RIAs, and family offices
- You understand that capital raising is built on credibility, consistency, and follow-through
- You’re confident on the phone and calm in high-level conversations
- You value integrity and stewardship in how money is raised and relationships are built
- You thrive in a lean environment where ownership and accountability matter
- You care about how you show up for clients and teammates
- Existing investor, RIA, or family office network
- Experience supporting fund launches
- Familiarity with securities regulations related to accredited investors
- Background in real estate or private credit investing
