As a member of our Sales Strategy and Operations team, you will play an integral role in driving the insights, operations, and strategy that enable Sales to run better, faster, and smarter. This team provides a platform to learn how a business operates. Prior candidates who worked with our leadership team have advanced to roles such as VPs and COOs of companies.
You will join the Sales Strategy and Operations team as a high-impact contributor, gaining exposure to a wide variety of challenges, processes, and data that power the sales engine. As a Division Lead, you will lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation to analytics to recommendations that drive impact across the sales organization.
What You'll Do- Overall:
- Serve as the strategy and operations partner with our ATX sales leadership
- Make the sales motion run more effectively and efficiently, ultimately driving higher bookings at sustainable cost
- Apply a mix of analytical skills, value focus, operational chops, and clear communication in a fast-paced environment with significant autonomy
- What this role entails:
- Strategy & ops partnership with leadership
- Be the strategy and operational partner with sales leaders
- Help sales leaders develop their strategies and the tactics that underpin them
- Partner with sales leaders to operationalize the strategy daily
- Workflow improvement
- Identify pain points in the sales motion and workflows that could be improved
- Scope out solutions and implement directly or serve as a product manager with our software engineers on automation solutions
- Analytical asset-building
- Develop analytical tools that help the sales team sell strategically and better understand their business
- Scope and execute analytical special projects to understand drivers of success and apply learnings to drive operational changes
- Be the glue that connects sales reps to the rest of the business
- Understand how sales workflows connect with marketing, product, supply chain, finance, and other areas
- Relay insights from the sales team to other stakeholders and connect the sales team with other parts of the organization
- High-impact self-starter who takes initiative to move projects forward with minimal guidance; comfortable leading cross-functional work streams and gaining buy-in from senior leadership
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to tackle complex problems end-to-end
- Strong analytical skills: enjoy working with data, quickly structure analyses to answer business questions, and have perspectives on data architecture;
Excel is a must; SQL / Tableau / Looker experience is a plus - Process and operational thinking: independently tackle problems, iterate to solutions, and document them clearly for diverse audiences;
Salesforce experience is a plus - Excellent communication and stakeholder management to collaborate with sales reps and engineers; strong written and verbal skills are required
- Flexibility and hustle: comfortable with change, ambiguity, and juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or a startup; bachelor's or master's from a top school preferred
- Previous Sales, Sales Operations, or Strategy experience is a plus

Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees in this position, including base pay and commissions (if applicable).

$155,000 — $215,000 USD
