Agicap is expanding in North America with an Austin, Texas office. We already have 100+ customers in North America and a validated product-market fit. Our ambition is to create a Hub in Austin with 100+ people over the next couple of years. Agicap helps CEOs and Finance teams of SMBs and Mid-Market companies manage and forecast cash flow, pay suppliers, and get paid.

Our goal is to become the global financial management solution for SMEs and Mid-Market companies worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Close deals to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Conduct discovery calls, evaluations and product demonstrations to showcase Agicap’s offerings
  • Define and implement a sales development strategy with your SDRs
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends
  • Regularly monitor and analyze performance with Management to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide feedback to Marketing, Business Development, and Product teams to improve processes and the product
  • Share commercial expertise and ideas to enhance the team’s performance
What we are looking for
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably SaaS and mid-market, with some experience in finance/audit/consulting
  • A passion for sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • A tenacious, resilient salesperson who is driven by results
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, excellent verbal communication, and high intellectual curiosity
  • A team spirit and a desire to share knowledge to help colleagues grow

What we offer
  • Attractive compensation:
    On-target earnings (OTE) between $140k and $200k depending on seniority and performance. Uncapped commissions.
