Sr. Technical Product Manager, Amazon Leo Antenna
Amazon Leo is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world, closing the digital divide for consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations in areas without reliable connectivity.
As a Senior Product Manager – Tech on the Amazon LEO team you will help create and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for products and services with a high degree of ownership over critical features and the customer experience. Working cross‑functionally, you will collaborate with engineering, design, operations, finance, and executive teams to envision, develop, and launch innovative products that our customers love.
Key Job Responsibilities- Manage the product line life cycle from inception to launch.
- Understand and articulate customer needs, conduct ongoing customer research, leverage internal knowledge and expertise, and prioritize feature requirements.
- Understand and synthesize wired and wireless technologies to define leading‑edge products for our customers.
- Advocate for the customer and provide the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
- Inspire the team with a clear product vision and work cross‑functionally to bring the product to life.
- Write detailed business and product requirement documents, define use cases, features, and KPIs, and drive trade‑off discussions and decisions with development teams.
- Create business cases and write strategy documents, determine the product ASIN and release strategy.
- Serve as the product expert, assisting marketing with collateral, presentations, whitepapers, and participating with business development in customer meetings.

About the TeamThe team focuses on defining and driving product requirements for all customer‑facing hardware, software, and systems for Amazon LEO. The north star goal is to deploy products and services that customers love on Day 1, achieved by innovating from the ground up and collaborating with other Amazon teams.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and product strategy.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
- Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive‑level prioritization and planning.
- Experience using analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, Quick Sight.
- Experience building and driving adoption of new tools.
Base salary range: $ – $ USD annually, located in Redmond, WA. The total package includes sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and performance‑based awards.
