What You’ll Be Responsible ForWe are looking for a highly motivated, strategic, and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead go‑to‑market strategy and execution for Circle’s payments products. You’ll partner closely with Product, Business Development, Marketing teams, and other cross‑functional roles to bring new global payment products and solutions to market by focusing on the intersection of traditional finance and on‑chain programmable payments – powered by stable coins.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, marketers, and customer‑facing teams to develop, position, and launch products globally.
- Drive go‑to‑market excellence, including market validation, messaging, positioning, and launch execution to maximize adoption and impact.
- Craft compelling narratives and packaging to drive customer engagement, differentiation, and long‑term growth.
- Lead competitive intelligence efforts, providing in‑depth analysis and strategic positioning to ensure Circle’s payments products stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop data‑driven insights that inform and refine product and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Steer high‑impact strategic initiatives, driving cross‑functional projects that shape the company’s direction and market influence.
- B2B GTM expertise: 8+ years in B2B Product Marketing, or in an equivalent role, owning product GTM strategy and execution.
- Domain knowledge: 4+ years of experience across fintech, payments, or financial services with the ability to ramp up quickly in new industries.
- Blockchain & fintech understanding: solid grasp of blockchain fundamentals, stable coins, payments infrastructure, or crypto rails.
- Growth mindset & agility: curiosity, resilience, continuous learning, comfort with change, and structure in ambiguity.
- Customer‑centric, technical storyteller: turn complexity into clarity, develop positioning and messaging for customers, partners, internal stakeholders, and present to diverse audiences.
- Proactive team player: work independently and collaboratively, proactively identify needs, communicate clearly, and drive cross‑functional execution.

Base Pay Range: $185,000 - $237,500
