Claims Enrollment Specialist

Great organizations are made of great people. We’re looking to fill a Claims Enrollment Specialist role on our growing team. This is a full‑time position. The primary responsibility is managing the enrollment process that allows our clients to submit and receive claim information via our clearinghouse (Change Healthcare).

$50,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

• Prepare, submit, and track onboarding and enrollment paperwork for clients with our clearinghouse
• Verify payer and clearinghouse enrollment requirements and ensure compliance with each provider’s process
• Communicate with clearinghouse and clients to resolve missing or incorrect information
• Maintain accurate records of enrollment status, timelines, and communications in internal systems
• Coordinate with internal teams (such as Implementation, Billing, and Client Success) to ensure a seamless onboarding and claims submission experience
• Assist in developing and improving enrollment procedures and documentation

• Bachelor’s degree, required
• 1-3 years of experience in Client Success, Support, or other client‑facing position
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; you enjoy tracking and following up on multiple moving pieces
• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate with all levels of org chart
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency with CRM/ticketing systems, as well as Adobe Acrobat, Google Suite and all Microsoft Office Applications
• Bonus: experience with healthcare enrollment, claims processing, or revenue cycle software
