Business Development Manager

Made In America Manufacturing is a rapidly growing precision manufacturing platform backed by the investment firm, Tide Rock. The company serves leading aerospace, defense, and advanced industrial customers with high-quality, U.S.

-based machining and fabrication capabilities. Following recent investments and customer wins, the business is entering its next phase of growth with the opening of a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Austin.

• Identify, prospect, and engage new aerospace, defense, and advanced industrial customers, including OEMs, primes, and high-quality Tier 1 suppliers.
• Target accounts across markets such as space launch systems, satellites, defense platforms, autonomous systems, and advanced industrial equipment.
• Execute outbound prospecting efforts using Linked In, referrals, industry knowledge, and direct outreach to generate new opportunities.
• Open doors with organizations such as Space
  
  X, Blue Origin, Anduril, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, BAE Systems, Honeywell, and similar customers.

• 2+ years of sales or business development experience in precision manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or advanced industrial environments.
• Prior experience selling into aerospace and defense customers is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of CNC machining, precision manufacturing processes, or related industrial capabilities is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to operate as a pure hunter, opening new accounts and generating outbound pipeline.
• Experience navigating long sales cycles and complex procurement organizations.
