Job Description

This role is a senior-level, execution-focused Organizational Change Management (OCM) consultant. The candidate will provide continuity from change planning through hands‑on implementation oversight and is expected to operate independently alongside other team members across all critical path initiatives, ensuring effective adoption, stakeholder alignment, and sustained outcomes.

• 8+ years leading OCM workstream on large, multi-workstream programs
• Public sector transformation experience (state preferred)
• OCM experience from planning through implementation oversight
• Prior OCM Lead on efforts with delivery accountability

• Working on communications and messaging across multiple projects in parallel
• Stakeholder analysis and engagement at enterprise scale
• Change impact assessments tied to future‑state processes
• OCM (Communications, Engagement, Sponsorship, Training) strategy execution aligned to program/project roadmaps
• Committee and workgroup support
• Executive‑ready updates and materials
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

• PROSCI certification
• PMP or project‑management‑adjacent certification
