The Role

Our team protects brands on e‑commerce platforms such as Amazon by identifying and preventing the sale of counterfeit products that use unauthorized brand names, logos, images, and product designs. No prior law or intellectual property experience is required; we provide training.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Test Purchase Processing Responsibilities (~2/3 of role)
    • Receive, inspect, photograph, and document products upon arrival at the warehouse.
    • Dispose of products sustainably.
    • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
    • Maintain a constructive professional relationship with the landlord.
  • Legal Analyst Responsibilities (~1/3 of role)
    • Identify counterfeit products on e‑commerce platforms using trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
    • Document findings in Google Sheets with automated software.
    • Coordinate the ordering of identified products for shipment to the warehouse.
    • Work comfortably on a computer for extended periods and use digital tools efficiently.
    • Maintain high accuracy while working quickly.
    • Learn new processes and explore innovative solutions.
    • Manage multiple tasks independently while staying organized.
    • Communicate clearly, fluidly, and collaboratively with remote supervisors and team members.
