About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager (or Product Owner) to join a team focused on partnering with staffing agencies to build and scale solutions that improve recruiter efficiency and candidate matching.

This role operates in a startup-style environment within a larger organization and works closely with external staffing partners, recruiters, and internal engineering and business teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning prioritization, translating partner needs into product requirements, and iterating quickly based on data and feedback.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with staffing agencies and enterprise recruiting teams to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of external partners internally, advocating for their needs and translating them into clear product requirements.
  • Own backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and trade-offs in collaboration with engineering and stakeholders.
  • Work cross‑functionally with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver product improvements efficiently.
  • Launch new features, run pilots, and use data‑driven insights to evaluate impact and iterate.
  • Track and report on product goals and success metrics tied to recruiter efficiency and matching outcomes.
  • Communicate roadmap progress and decisions clearly to leadership and partners.
What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience working on HR tech, recruiting platforms, staffing solutions, or workflow automation (ATS/CRM experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to work with external partners or customers and represent their needs internally.
  • Strong background in backlog management, prioritization, and Agile delivery.
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide decisions.
  • Exposure to AI, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite in Austin).
Nice to Have
  • Direct experience with staffing or recruiting platforms (Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS, etc.)
  • Experience improving recruiter productivity or candidate matching
  • Prior experience in fast‑moving or startup‑style teams
