Summer Camp Director

Austin Country Club is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual like yourself to join our team as a part‑time Summer Camp Director
. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to create and implement a dynamic and engaging summer camp program for children.

This role will begin as an hourly position from February through April and transition to a part‑time seasonal role from May through August. The competitive compensation is based on your qualifications and experience. As the Summer Camp Director, you ensure the success of our program by hiring and training counselors, collaborating with vendors, managing budgets, and overseeing registration. Your organizational skills and attention to detail make you an invaluable asset to our summer camp.

The early phase of this role will focus on staffing, training, member communication, vendor coordination, marketing and promotion, and managing registrations. The in‑season phase will focus on activity execution, staff management, and the overall daily operation of the camps.

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Energetic and passionate personality
• Sports coordination or management background is preferred
• Background in the academic profile is preferred
