We are currently seeking an
Associate Consultant to join our Business Automation team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest-growing sector.

• Responsible for driving customer success by helping customers get the most out of the Minerals products they have purchased.
• Partners with customers to manage their mineral portfolio. Focus is primarily on Mineral Soft but will include other products such as Energy Link, MiQ, Prism, or Drilling Info as needed.
• Works with customers to review existing business processes and metrics. Makes process improvement recommendations based on established best practices and conducts product training for customers related to the processes being reviewed.
• Gathers information necessary to make decisions; anticipates and resolves problems in a timely manner.
• Works on projects of moderate complexity with general direction from team manager.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• 2+ years related experience in designing and implementing business processes.
• Works independently with general supervision to manage project timelines and risk. Receives general instruction on managing risk, scope, and change control.
• Applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and/or work experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong understanding of the mineral management business processes, from the perspective of the mineral owner/mineral investor.
• Basic abilities in data analysis with the ability to understand trends and identify anomalies.

• Ability to sit for long periods, work on a computer with repetitive motions and utilize devices typically found in an office environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with another person.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Ability to work in an office environment as required.
• Travel requirements – up to 10% or as required for company needs.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 + 5% bonus
