As a Corporate Strategy Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping HID’s long-term strategy and driving transformative initiatives that impact our global footprint. Acting as an internal consultant, you’ll own high-impact work streams, tackle ambiguous business challenges, and translate insights into executive-ready recommendations.

You’ll gain direct exposure to the senior leadership team at HID, collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues across the organization, and help drive high-priority strategic initiatives that contribute to HID’s overall business strategy. ** As*
* ** a Corporate Strategy Associate****, you’ll support HID’s success by:*
* * Leading hypothesis-driven research and quantitative analyses to inform HID’s most critical strategic decisions
* Owning work streams from problem definition through solution delivery, synthesizing complex data into actionable, executive-ready recommendations
* Collaborating cross-functionally with business unit leaders and subject matter experts to ensure alignment and driving implementation of strategic initiatives
* Continuously monitoring industry trends, competitive dynamics, and internal performance to identify new opportunities and risks for HID
* Supporting the development, refinement, and execution of HID’s corporate strategy, adapting recommendations as new insights and market shifts emerge
* Communicating insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, compelling, and data-driven manner
* Tracking, monitoring, and reporting on the progress and impacting of key strategic initiatives, ensuring accountability and follow-through across the organization
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement strategic recommendations and drive change management efforts
* Taking ownership of special projects and ad hoc strategic analyses (including M&A support) as needed.
** Your Experience and Background include:*
* * Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Strategy or Economics is desirable, or other relevant college experience with demonstrated strategic capability
* 1-2 years of professional experience in top-tier management consulting, in-house corporate strategy, investment banking, or high-impact business operations
* Demonstrated ability to develop relevant frameworks and use them to effectively solve complex business problems
* Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, ability to communicate analytical findings in a concise and clear fashion
* Strong ability to design and build effective executive-level presentations
* High proficiency with Microsoft products especially Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
* Experience working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
