Varian Medical Systems, a Siemens Healthineers company is seeking a results-driven Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Operations Onsite in Austin, Texas to lead end-to-end supply chain, warehouse, and order fulfillment activities for a global medical device manufacturer. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution — ideal for someone passionate about building and running a world-class, Lean-driven operation that’s clean, safe, efficient, and compliant.

* What You will do:

*** Lead and execute the company’s supply chain and logistics strategy to achieve excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
* Build and manage a world-class warehouse with best-in-class performance in cleanliness, organization, and productivity.
* Drive Lean manufacturing principles across warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics operations.
* Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and medical device regulatory standards in all processes and documentation.
* Oversee order management, forecasting, and fulfillment to deliver 98% on-time, in-full (OTIF) performance.
* Implement and optimize ERP/WMS systems to enhance visibility and efficiency.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team committed to continuous improvement and accountability.
** What

You will have:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
* 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or warehouse operations; medical device or regulated manufacturing preferred.
* Proven success transforming or managing a high-performing warehouse operation.
* Strong expertise in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
* Experience with ERP and WMS systems (SAP preferred).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Min $125,920 - Max $188,880

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
