Role DescriptionThe Audi Brand Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Austin, TX. The Specialist will engage with customers directly in the showroom and guide them through the vehicle selection and purchasing process. Daily tasks will involve explaining vehicle features, offering test drives, providing information on financing options, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with team members to meet sales objectives, developing brand loyalty, and promoting the Audi brand with enthusiasm and expertise.
Qualifications- 2 years automotive sales experience.
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and respond to customer needs with professionalism.
- Proven abilities in Sales and Brand Management to meet targets, deliver a premium experience, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Passion for automobiles and knowledge of Audi vehicles and products is highly beneficial.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented.
