Austin’s Automotive Specialists—part of the Great Water 360 Auto Care family—is looking for a friendly, motivated Automotive Service Advisor who loves helping people and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. If you enjoy building trust with customers, keeping a shop running smoothly, and being the communication hub between technicians and guests, you’ll be a great fit here.
What You’ll Do as a Service Advisor- Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience
- Write repair orders with accuracy and clarity
- Communicate with technicians and relay recommended services
- Source parts, manage workflows & maintain shop organization
- Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships
- Support sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction
- 1–3 years of Service Advisor or customer service experience
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and keep the shop moving
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes
- A team-oriented mindset and desire to grow
