Master Technicians are responsible for acting as a consultant for diagnostic work, vehicle repairs, and procedures, and provide leadership and direction to other members of the Service Department. The career page:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and within a reasonable time frame
• Perform advanced removal and replacement diagnostic work
• Oversee and signing off on repairs completed by other technicians
• Require to hold a valid State Inspector's license
• Offer training and guidance to other technicians
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must demonstrate utmost care for all vehicle repairs performed
• Full AC Shop! Flexible and willing to work with anyone s schedule

  flexibility in scheduling within the hours of 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 6:00 pm Saturday, and 8:00 am – 3:00 pm Sunday

• ASE Master Techs starting at $37.50 flat rate
• Honda Certified Master Techs starting at $40.00 flat rate
• Aggressive sign-on bonus and/or minimum wage guarantee based on industry experience

• Not eligible for transfers or rehires. Paid over the first year of employment. Must be with the dealership for 1 year to get the full signing bonus.
