Master Technicians are responsible for acting as a consultant for diagnostic work, vehicle repairs, and procedures. Master Technicians also provide leadership and direction to other members of the Service Department.

• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and within a reasonable time frame
• Perform advanced removal and replacement diagnostic work
• Oversee and signing off on repairs completed by other technicians
• Required to hold a valid State Inspector's license
• Offer training and guidance to other technicians
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must demonstrate utmost care for all vehicle repairs performed
• Full AC Shop! Flexible and willing to work with anyone's schedule!

  Flexibility in scheduling within the hours of 6:30 am - 8:00 pm Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday, and 8:00 am - 3:00 pm Sunday.

• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
• ASE Master Techs starting at $37.50 flat rate
• Honda Certified Master Techs starting at $40.00 flat rate
• Relocation assistance (if applicable)

• Compensation is based on experience
• Aggressive sign-on bonus and/or minimum wage guarantee based on industry experience
• Not eligible for transfers or rehires. Paid over the first year of employment. Must be with the dealership for 1 year to get the full signing bonus.
