• Schedule and assign daily work objectives to technicians
• Train, coach, supervise, monitor and assist technicians with their performance
• Communicate with team leaders to determine status of jobs
• Review open repair order report daily to resolve future problems and get orders closed
• Communicate with various dealership personnel to ensure quality of customer service
• Perform quality inspections before vehicles are returned to customers
• Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations
• Follow company safety procedures.
• Comply and adhere to Volkswagen guidelines for warranty and general repairs

• Shop Foreman Experience
• Volkswagen Certification
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Critical thinker, ability to solve mathematical problems, using logic and reasoning
• Time management, prioritizing workload
