Inventory Department Coordinator - ATX

Loot Rentals is hiring for a full-time Inventory Department Coordinator for our ATX location! This position will focus on supporting the Inventory department in an administrative role and report directly to our Inventory Operations Director. The ideal candidate will bring energy, enthusiasm, and an incredible work ethic to the Loot team.

Role

Responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for pricing management
  • Execute project management
  • Ability to photograph and upload new inventory items to inventory catalog
  • Liaison between Inventory department and Sales and Marketing department
  • Responsible for inventory purchasing, including replacement requests
  • Familiar with ROI/Utilization
  • Manage incoming website requests
  • Manage purchasing requests
  • Lead cost analysis for inventory repairs

  • Familiarity with Goodshuffle
  • Purchasing and software management is a plus!
Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work odd hours if necessary
  • Familiarity with events industry preferred
Compensation:
  • Salary: $50,000, exempt
