Sage Advisory Services is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the firm’s President and Co-Chief Investment Officer. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced investment advisory environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive executive support to the President and Co-CIO
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling internal meetings, investment discussions, and external engagements
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and executive briefing documents
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
• Screen, prioritize, and respond to executive communications
• Coordinate meeting logistics and follow-up actions
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
• Support expense reporting, documentation, and special projects as needed
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in financial services, investment management, or professional services
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated discretion, judgment, and professionalism
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic executive environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $75,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
Annual Bonus:
Consideration for an annual bonus beginning after the first year of employment
