Position: Transaction & Listing Coordinator / Administrative Assistant - Real Estate

Starting Compensation

$62,400/yr | $30/hr

Summary

Our team is seeking an organized administrative office manager to join our real estate company. In this role, you will be supporting executives with a multitude of activities, including coordination of meetings, document preparation, client care, and schedule management.

We are looking for candidates who love attention to detail and have strong organization and communication skills. We value individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Transaction Coordinator activities.
  • Conduct Pre-listing Coordination activities.
  • Execute tasks with attention to detail within given timelines.
  • Conduct care calls for existing clients during transactions.
  • Manage executive calendar and scheduling.
  • Prepare executive and other team members for meetings.
  • Conduct various administrative tasks: filing, copying, mailing, scanning, etc.
  • Work with confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.
  • Manage CRM tool as needed for the team lead.
  • Order supplies, closing gifts, and write note cards.
Desired Skills and Competencies
  • Impeccable organizational skills. This should be second nature to you.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • MLS knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficient in managing time, prioritizing tasks, setting goals, and using systems to achieve overall team goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient or have the ability to quickly learn different systems including:
    Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Trello, Outlook, CRM tools, and Quick Books.
  • Ability to interact with existing clients in a kind and professional manner.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Experience and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Local candidates only. Commuting to 78759 (North Austin)
  • A criminal history background check will be required for finalist(s) under consideration
  • Driver's License & Transportation required
  • Real Estate experience is a plus
