Job Title:
Global Relocation Operations Coordinator
Reports to: CEO
Status: Full-Time

Video Prompt:
What’s a habit, routine, or approach you use to stay organized when you’re juggling multiple responsibilities at once? Why does it work well for you?
This role involves coordinating many moving pieces, tracking details, and helping work move forward smoothly behind the scenes. We’d like to hear how you personally stay organized and effective when things are busy.
There’s no “right” answer here. We’re interested in your real approach, not a polished or rehearsed response. Feel free to share something simple that genuinely works for you.
Need ideas? You might talk about how you keep track of tasks, how you manage interruptions, how you avoid things falling through the cracks, or how you stay grounded when priorities shift.
How to share:
Record using any method you like (your phone, Loom, etc.), and upload it to a platform of your choice (e.g., Loom, Google Drive, Dropbox, or You Tube set to “unlisted”). Then, include the link in your cover letter.
Your video will be reviewed by our hiring team and may be shared with relevant internal team members involved in the interview process. It will not be posted publicly or used outside of this process.
Compensation- Base salary: $45,000–$50,000 starting range
Since 2004, Pet Relocation has helped pets move all over the world. We're a small, dedicated team with roots in Austin, Texas, though our employees are now distributed across various locations. We are a 100% remote company with no physical office, and we thrive in a collaborative virtual environment while taking great pride in what we do.
We provide a range of international pet relocation services—including full-service, partial, and documentation‑only options—tailored to our clients’ needs. We handle everything from pre‑export paperwork and vet coordination to flight bookings and customs clearance. Our clients move for work, personal reasons, military or service‑based relocations, or retirement. Regardless of the reason, our clients rely on us for peace of mind during these major life transitions.
ABOUT THE ROLE:The Global Relocation Operations Coordinator supports international pet relocations by coordinating the many operational details that help moves progress smoothly — including travel timing, documentation status, and partner communication. This role works closely with Global Pet Relocation Managers (RMs), vendors, airlines, and internal teams to keep relocations organized, accurate, and on track.
In this context, “operations” refers to service coordination and execution rather than supply chain management, freight operations, or global trade. While many aspects of the work follow established processes, the role requires thoughtful prioritization and adaptability.
Timing shifts, documentation gaps, and vendor constraints are common, and the Coordinator is expected to assess situations, adjust plans as needed, and flag issues appropriately. Internally, this work includes logistics‑related coordination; however, the role itself is structured as an operations and service coordination position rather than a logistics career track.
This position is well‑suited for someone who enjoys balancing structure with problem‑solving, can manage multiple relocations at different stages, and takes ownership of their work without requiring constant direction.
While the role involves hands‑on execution of logistics‑related tasks, success requires more than completing…
