Key Responsibilities Monitor shared mailboxes and docket requests, ensuring timely docketing according to firm guidelines Review and verify the accuracy of USPTO and foreign filings, and resolve discrepancies Create and distribute accurate matter reports while collaborating with the Docket Manager on best practices
Required Qualifications 2-year degree or Paralegal Certificate required; 4-year degree preferred 3-5 years of IP docketing experience with proficiency in IP docketing software Strong knowledge of patent and trademark prosecution processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Adobe products Ability to adapt to change and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
