Responsibilities- Create, update, and format presentations and documents for Marketing Leadership.
- Organize and spearhead Team All Hands meetings, coordinating content, speakers, and ensuring high-quality experiences.
- Support projects and operational processes to enhance team efficiency.
- Manage timelines and track deliverables on key Marketing projects, surfacing updates and risks promptly.
- Handle complex calendar management with agility and precision.
- Prepare expense reports in line with company policies.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics.
- Ensure Marketing leadership schedules are aligned and optimized for impact.
- Research and follow up on sensitive issues addressed to Marketing Leadership, determining appropriate responses.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4-7 years of experience in a related field.
- Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
- Ability to handle a wide variety of administrative functions and conflicts.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Strong relationship-building skills in cross‑functional environments.
- Confidence in working independently and as part of a team.
- Creativity and latitude in planning and accomplishing goals.
- High proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, One Note).
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $39.67 - $41.22/hr non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
