Job Description
The Corporate Services team is dedicated to customer service and hospitality by providing all employees and clients with an exceptional overall experience from the moment they enter a Dimensional building. This position will provide support to the Corporate Services department through the day‑to‑day meeting management, building operations, and global collaboration.
Duties & Responsibilities- Maintain office floorplan and occupancy documents daily
- Liaise with global counterparts to ensure consistent and standard operating procedures
- Manage Associate level employees to include Reception and Associates
- Maintain and audit parking validation logs Manage rideshare program
- Coordinate office moves
- Coordinate and correspond with Technology and visiting employees for desk placements
- Complete weekly floor walks
- Correspond with new employees to share building information
- Prepare and distribute weekly events and visitor email to Austin Employees
- Liaise with building maintenance staff and Dimensional Property Management team to track and resolve maintenance concerns
- Interact with and maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Review invoices and troubleshoot errors
- Issue and track building access, office keys, and parking cards
- Complete quarterly art collection check
- Act as the head floor warden for life safety and emergency response programs
- Special projects as assigned
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the Hospitality Management industry
- Three plus years of office administration and management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and organized with excellent customer service skills
- Able to work equally well in a team environment and independently
- Self-starter who is capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn programs as needed
