Job Description
A rapidly growing sports hospitality and live events operations company is hiring a Ticket Sales Coordinator to support pricing execution, inventory accuracy, CRM updates, and structured workflow management. This role was opened due to increased event demand heading into major sports seasons, including World Cup, Super Bowl, and large-scale game weekends across Dallas and Houston. The company is continuing to see growth, so the position will start out around 32 hours weekly and grow to 40 as the workload increases.
This coordinator will work closely with the company founder to handle internal, behind-the-scenes work — no customer-facing responsibilities. Strong performers may gain exposure to higher-level responsibilities such as accounting support, Super Bowl logistics, vendor coordination, and expanded pricing ownership.
Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, spreadsheet‑confident, and comfortable working with confidential pricing and inventory data. The team is collaborative, growth-focused, and offers “sky is the limit” advancement as the business scales.

- Support internal workflow and documentation management
- Assist with operational planning for major sports events (e.g., game weekends, World Cup day trips)
- Provide administrative support to accounting and event operations as responsibilities expand
