Position Overview:

Project Construction Coordinator

The firm is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Project Construction Coordinator to join the Construction Administration team. This role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, interior designers, and construction administrators. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment and excels at managing documentation, communication, and complex workflows.

This is more than an administrative role—it’s an opportunity to directly support project delivery for impactful work in sectors such as healthcare, education, and large-scale commercial environments.

How You'll Contribute

As a Project Construction Coordinator, you will:

  • Support the Construction Administration team in daily project needs.
  • Coordinate project documentation throughout the construction phase, including submittals, RFIs, proposal requests, ASIs, and contract-related materials.
  • Assist administrators and other team members with essential administrative tasks.
  • Track project requirements, follow up with team members and consultants, and ensure information is distributed accurately and on time.

Your contributions will help keep project teams running smoothly and ensure clients receive exceptional service and well-coordinated project delivery.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of industry experience
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Bluebeam/Acrobat
  • Familiarity with Newforma is a plus
  • Understanding of construction materials, trades, and related products
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with time-sensitive tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
