Kelly Services is looking to hire several Site Logistics Operators/Material Handlers in Knoxville, TN for an industry leading chemical company. For this opportunity, you could be placed as a Chemical Finished Product Operator or a Polymers Packaging/Warehousing/Shipping Operator on a long-term, indefinite assignment. You will be working with chemicals and should be comfortable doing such - either with previous experience or the willingness to learn.
Job DescriptionKelly Services is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for our client, one of the world’s leading innovative technology companies, at its location in Austin Texas. This position tentatively starts in May 2017 with a strong possibility of an extension depending on performance and the needs of the Client. This position pays $19 per hour.
Duties and Responsibilities- Draft and compose emails using current office software applications
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events
- Organize and manage calendar/schedules for manager and/or department
- Make travel arrangements and prepares expense reports
- Maintain office supplies, serves as an information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures
- Provide resource for office related software applications
- 5 to 7 years of administration support experience
- Must be Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, including expert excel experience - Ability to work in a fast-pace environment
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thoroughness and attention to detail
- Flexibility, versatility, dependability and teamwork a must
- A positive 'can do' attitude
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work well with others - Ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines without reminders
- High school diploma/equivalent
- This is a 3+ month assignment working 40 hours per week
- 5 days per week- 8am to 5pm
- 5 to 7 years of administration support experience
- Must be Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office
