Navigate internal systems to track service requests and coordinate guest security protocols with precision. - Orchestrate Meeting Success:
Lead the setup and teardown of conference spaces, managing everything from AV troubleshooting to catering coordination. - Drive Seamless Solutions:
Collaborate with supervisors to resolve service challenges and provide reservation support for work spaces. - Innovate & Grow:
Contribute to special projects within our "One Team" framework, cross‑training across functions to expand your professional toolkit.
- Proven Expertise: 2+ years of experience in a corporate office, hospitality, or workplace services environment.
- Technical Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and an ability to quickly learn internal service desk applications. - Professional Poise: A service-oriented demeanor with the communication skills to interact confidently across all levels.
- Physical Readiness:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to assist with room setups and catering deliveries. - Reliability:
Ability to maintain a consistent Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule, with flexibility for overtime.
