The Founder/CEO and COO of a highly successful non‑profit that finds employment opportunities for veterans and people with other disabilities nationwide is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to handle all administrative, personal, and professional tasks and to be the “go-to” for any office needs. This 5‑day‑a‑week, in‑office position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking as much off an executive’s plate as possible, handling last‑minute changes with grace, and who has a high‑touch service mentality.

- Manage the CEO and COO’s busy calendars and coordinate scheduling of meetings and commitments, both personal and professional.
- Optimize the CEO/COO’s time and priorities, acting as gatekeeper with warmth and tact.
- Coordinate travel and logistics, including detailed itineraries, personal and professional.
- Prepare personal and professional expense reports.
- Prioritize emails and craft emails and other correspondence on their behalf.
- Act as liaison to internal and external stakeholders; update CEO and COO of projects and action items.
- Serve as the “go‑to” in the office for any office management needs, acting as liaison for vendors (cleaning staff, catering, security services); order supplies/equipment, maintain the office, arrange repairs; act as back‑up to reception.
- Assist with internal employee onboarding and off‑boarding.
- Ensure routine maintenance of personal residences.
- Plan lunches, dinners, and events; lead Engagement Committee planning for in‑house or off‑site activities.
- Handle special ad‑hoc projects, personal and professional.
- 3‑5 years supporting busy executives with a high‑touch service mentality.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proactive and anticipatory mindset—always ten steps ahead.
- High emotional intelligence and strong judgment; able to act independently.
- Very organized and detail‑oriented with excellent project‑management skills.
- Google Suite savvy; tech‑savvy.
- Strong communicator, diplomat, and relationship‑builder who is a true collaborator.
- Discreet and trustworthy.
- Must have a driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
- Warm, engaging personality that ensures everything is done with a ‘high‑touch’ service mentality.
