Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to up to two senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel booking, and expense reimbursement
  • Act as a central point of contact for office and operational needs, including hardware, supplies, and workspace functionality
  • Partner with facilities and onsite teams to support seating assignments, space audits, and day‑to‑day workspace management
  • Plan and execute team offsites and events, ensuring smooth logistics and positive team experiences
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with leaders and their extended teams
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with global admin and business teams to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of administrative assistant experience supporting Director‑level and above leaders, preferably within large or technology‑focused organizations
  • Proven discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential, sensitive, and executive‑level information
  • Ability to remain calm, flexible, and highly organized in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong proficiency in Apple productivity tools, especially Calendar and Numbers (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with senior stakeholders
  • Capacity to work onsite 3–5 days per week, depending on business needs

  • Pay: $ 46.06/hr.
  • Shift: Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 05:00 PM / Be onsite at our office at least 3 days per week and up to 5 days per week depending on business needs

Pay Details: $46.06 per hour
