We are looking for reliable, motivated, team players with great attention to detail to work on Yardi’s Processing Team! This is an onsite position.

• Open and sort a high volume of incoming mail quickly and accurately.
• Scan documents and upload contents into the company’s database.
• Perform data entry to ensure information is recorded and organized correctly.
• Support the team with other clerical tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

• High School Diploma, or GED.
• Prior data entry experience with keystrokes of at least 10,000 per hour.
• Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

• Ability to use a PDF scanner.

$21/hr - $23/hr
