As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide direct support to the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring seamless coordination, compliance, and accountability across multiple hotel functions.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Track audit results (internal, BSA, risk, health inspector, Flight Plan, METS) and follow up on action items.
- Maintain permit logs and ensure compliance deadlines are met.
- Assist with Cap Ex and UCERF tracking, including vendor communication and management.
- Support Accounting with daily check drop reconciliation and manage mail distribution across departments.
- Manage Revinate and social media response tracking for the hotel and outlets.
- Provide Marriott/ADMIN system support, including access approvals.
- Maintain accurate records for permits, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Perform additional administrative tasks assigned by the Executive Leadership Team.
- At least 2 years of administrative, compliance, or hospitality experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred:
Experience in hospitality operations, vendor management, and capital project tracking. - Preferred:
Knowledge of Marriott PMS, Marriott GXP, White Lodging systems, Micros, and Revinate.
