Excellent typing and data entry skills are a must, as well as thorough familiarity with Microsoft Excel. Experience with Excel vlookups, if-statements, and macros would be helpful but is not essential.

Good written and verbal communications skills also will be important in this position for interaction with employees and client contacts.

  • Deliver accurate invoices in an efficient and professional manner
  • Record all transactions accurately
  • Hold a reliable in depth understanding of your work
  • Other related duties as required

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

General

Skills:

  • Sharp with a mind for details
  • Efficient and flexible work habits
  • Innovative – deliver creative solutions to outstanding corporate challenges (highly preferred)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks & meet client deadlines

Technical

Skills:

  • General comfort with Excel
  • E-Mail, 10-key, Internet
  • Salesforce experience (preferred)
  • Advanced Excel – vLookups, if-statements, macros (highly preferred)

Education:

  • Some college education (preferred)
