We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative Executive Assistant to support our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Communications & Corporate Affairs Officer (CCO). This is a unique opportunity to partner with two senior leaders driving Bumble’s global brand, marketing, and communications strategy. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, managing key processes, and helping both executives and their teams stay aligned, organized, and efficient.

This position combines executive administrative support with team operations across Marketing & Communications and Corporate Affairs. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, creative environments and enjoys enabling high‑performing teams through structure, communication, and flawless execution.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide daily support to the CMO and CCO, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements across global time zones.
  • Anticipate scheduling needs and ensure both executives are prepared with necessary materials and context.
  • Track, prioritize, and follow up on key tasks, projects, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Act as a gatekeeper – managing communications, requests, and priorities on behalf of the CMO and CCO.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and follow through on action items to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Support the day‑to‑day operations of the Marketing and Communications teams – managing shared calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth team logistics.
  • Support Marketing & Communications leaders with financial administration, including managing purchase orders (POs) for the select teams, processing invoices, and tracking budgets in partnership with the Associate Director of Marketing Operations and the Finance team.
  • Usher contracts through appropriate processes, coordinating between legal, finance, and external vendors to ensure timely review, approval, and execution. Support the onboarding and coordination of new vendors and agencies.
  • Assist with the generation of contracts and management of payments for temporary team members and consultants joining the Marketing and Communications teams to cover maternity leave positions, ensuring timely processing and alignment with internal policies.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional Marketing and Communications meetings – capturing decisions, next steps, and deliverable timelines.
  • Support onboarding and coordination of vendors, agencies, and consultants.
  • Help document and refine operational processes to increase efficiency across the Marketing and Communications departments.
  • Assist the Associate Director of Marketing Operations in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal summaries for leadership meetings or quarterly planning.
  • Collaborate closely with other executive assistants and operations partners to ensure company‑wide alignment and coverage.
About You
  • Based in Austin, TX or New York, NY.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting C‑level executives or senior leaders, ideally within marketing, communications, or a creative/consumer tech environment.
  • Highly organized and resourceful, with an ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Adaptable and composed under pressure, thriving in fast‑paced environments.
  • Deep interest in the tech or social networking space—passion for Bumble’s mission is a must.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong discretion with confidential information and sensitive matters.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and video…
