True Lux Fine Homes is seeking a detail-oriented, resourceful, and highly organized Selections Coordinator who can also provide internal project support for estimating and job cost coordination. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a background in residential construction or design, and a natural ability to interact with clients and vendors.

You will play a pivotal role in managing the selection process, preparing and tracking product data, ensuring budgets are maintained, and coordinating information flow between clients, vendors, and the internal team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and document all client selections in Job Tread
• Prepare and maintain finish schedules and selections spreadsheets
• Schedule and attend client design meetings as needed
• Communicate with vendors to obtain samples, quotes, and lead times
• Ensure selections align with budget and scope

• Review vendor quotes for accuracy and completeness
• Assist in preparing pre-construction spreadsheets
• Organize and categorize selection costs and change orders
• Follow up for clarification needed for estimating

• Match vendor invoices to budgets and POs in Job Tread
• Track change orders and assist in drafting when needed
• Maintain vendor data, product catalogs, and internal coordination
• Ensure clean handoff of selections and cost data

Qualifications &

Experience:

• 3+ years in a construction or design-based admin role
• Familiar with Job Tread, Buildertrend, or similar software
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and selections tracking
• Excellent communicator and detail-oriented self-starter

Compensation:

• $25.00 - $35.00 an hour based on experience
