Position: Hiring Coordinator Onsite in Austin, TX | | 75K - 85K a year + profit share

Serp Api is the leading solution to integrate search data into web applications. Our API scrapes search engines, solves CAPTCHAs, and keeps up with changing page layouts in one simple GET request. Our customers include Nvidia, Shopify, Perplexity, Adobe, Samsung and more.

We are looking for a highly-motivated hiring coordinator with strong communication skills. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Austin, TX.

As a hiring coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating the hiring process by drafting and posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, helping with offer letters, performing salary research, and more.

We can offer $75,000 to $85,000 per year (depending on profile), 401k matching, Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance, and profit‑sharing bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Own the coordination of the full hiring process across open roles
• Coordinate and manage job postings across multiple platforms including Linked In, Indeed, company website, Hacker News, etc.
• Schedule and confirm interviews, working across multiple time zones
• Help implement improvements to the recruiting process and candidate experience
• Screen resumes and assist in initial candidate outreach
• Conduct initial interviews for various positions and evaluate candidates against our IDS (Integrity, Drive, and Sharpness) framework
• Serve as the POC for candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding transitions
• Maintain and ensure accurate records of candidate stages, notes, and interview feedback
• Draft and refine job descriptions to ensure clarity, inclusivity, and alignment with Serp Api
• Help organize and participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs, virtual career days, or university recruiting initiatives
