$80,000–$90,000 base + bonus

A fast‑growing client of ours is hiring a Senior Accountant to join a well‑established, high‑performing corporate accounting team. You’ll play a key role in full‑cycle accounting and month‑end close while supporting a multi‑entity structure.

• Own full‑cycle accounting: complex journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis
• Lead monthly/quarterly close activities across multiple entities
• Maintain accurate general ledger and ensure GAAP compliance
• Manage prepaid schedules and fixed asset accounting (additions, disposals, depreciation, reclasses)
• Support payroll accounting (preferred but not required)
• Prepare cost allocations across business units and entities
• Develop audit schedules and support external/internal audits
• Partner with operations to validate financial data and support expense classification
• Recommend process improvements and contribute to efficiency/automation initiatives

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong full‑cycle accounting and month‑end close experience
• Background in a larger corporate environment (not just small business/QB)
• Experience with complex journal entries and reconciliations
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• ERP experience (Workday preferred, but any large ERP accepted)

• Multi‑entity accounting experience
• Payroll accounting experience
• CPA or CPA candidate (nice‑to‑have, not required)
