Billing Associate

Join a dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in managing direct bill carrier statements and ensuring smooth accounting operations. This role has opened due to the company's growth and need for additional expertise.

• Record direct bill carrier statements for various companies
• Match direct bill commission statements to received payments
• Collaborate with internal and external accounting personnel
• Resolve discrepancies related to direct bills
• Process return payments to carriers
• Maintain banking setups for electronic activities

• 2-4 years of accounting experience or educational equivalent
• Basic knowledge of journal entries, accounts receivable, and payable
• Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Accurate data entry and math skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Previous insurance experience
• Experience with the EPIC agency management system
• College education in accounting courses
