CUSTOMER BILLING ANALYST roleWith client interaction. Responsible for customer billing, invoice submission, collections follow-up, and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate billing system
- Prepare and submit invoices (client portals, email, mail)
- Monitor aging reports (collections typically 30–45 days)
- Investigate and resolve billing disputes
- Communicate with clients, area managers, and accounting team
- Work heavily in Excel (most reporting is Excel-based)
- 2+ years AR/Billing experience
- Experience with ERP systems (similar to MAS 90, Sage helpful)
- Comfortable with collections and client interaction
- Spanish is a plus
- Must live within reasonable commute distance (company is strict about this).
- Onsite 5 days/week (occasional flexibility for appointments only).
