We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior CPA to join our team in Austin, helping us scale our impact while maintaining the high-touch service our clients expect.

As a Senior CPA, you will not just be crunching numbers; you will play a key role in our firm's growth. You will handle complex tax planning and preparation for a high-tier client base, providing strategic insights that our clients have trusted for decades.

• Tax Strategy & Compliance:
  Lead the preparation and review of complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
• Client Advisory:
  Provide high-level tax planning and consulting to help clients navigate changing regulations and optimize their financial positions.
• Expansion Support:
  Assist in onboarding new clients as the firm expands its client list.
• Mentorship:
  Guide and review the work of junior staff to support their professional growth.
• Quality Assurance:
  Maintain boutique-level client service through meticulous attention to detail and proactive communication.

• Experience:
  
  5-10 years of progressive experience in public accounting, specifically within tax services.
• Credential:
  Active CPA license required.

  Skills:
  
  Deep knowledge of current federal and state tax laws and proficiency in professional tax software (e.g., Lacerte).
• Style:
  Passion for client service and ability to thrive in a boutique, collaborative office environment.
• Location:
  
  100% in-office position in Austin, Texas.

• Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, competitive for the Austin market, commensurate with experience.
